You do the training. I do the thinking.
Your training, nutrition and weekly targets, all in one place. I review what you actually did, adjust the plan and set up the next week for you.
You train. I take it from there.
Everything you need is already in the app.
I look at what actually happened.
Your updated plan is there when you need it.
Joe Marshall
I have coached powerlifters, bodybuilders and strength athletes for more than a decade. My approach is simple: look at what actually happened, change what needs changing and explain why.
Marshall Coaching started as a coaching service. The app came later. I built it to put the programme, nutrition, tracking and progress I use to coach people properly in one place.
From the people I coach
“Competition day was written out for me hour by hour, in advance: exactly what to eat and drink, and when.”
“The plan was to eat more, not less: recover properly going into the comp, and fill my weight class out.”
“All the planning was done for me. I just ate the meals and trained, and lost weight whilst getting stronger.”
“A structured programme got me through my strength plateaus, and the accessory work targeted the weak points in my physique.”

StartCommon questions
Is this for beginners or experienced lifters?
The coached tiers are best once you have around a year of lifting behind you and can judge effort reasonably well. If you are newer than that, Basic is usually the better place to start.
Can I take the training without the nutrition, or the other way round?
Yes. They are separate and priced separately. Together is where the weekly review does the most work, but neither depends on the other.
How does it start?
You fill in an intake: history, current lifts, schedule, equipment, injuries, what you are aiming at. I read it and write your first block in the app. Nothing is generated from it.
What happens if I get ill, go away, or miss a week?
Tell me and it gets planned around. A day you did not log is left blank, not scored as a zero, so a bad fortnight does not turn into a number telling you that you failed.
Can I cancel?
Any time, without notice. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep everything you have logged.
How do I get hold of you between weeks?
The weekly check-in on WhatsApp, which is the one I answer properly, because your numbers are already in the app beside it. Anything that will not wait, same place. No chat window in the app, deliberately.
Turn up and lift. I will do the rest.
One-to-one coaching for training, nutrition or both. Or choose Basic and run the programmes yourself. Everything lives in the same app.
